Ok, I think after three months this site is dead, though it is mostly my fault. I will probably have no chance to revive it, in like, ever, except maybe next summer if I end up really, really bored. So. I don't know why anyone would want to, but if you like the site and the plot and everything, I will give you my admin password, and it is yours. Though, you must agree to the TOS. I don't want to be banned because the person that took over this site turned it into a gambling central or something. QED.

I'm back from DC! And guess what I come back to.... all of the leader positions are filled and there are quite a few more cat bios waiting to be accepted! That's better than chocolate for me.
Since I only had two exams this year and the last one was more than a week ago, I should probably be the most active person since all of our staff seem to be having exams this next week. Yes, I know I have no life. As usual, have fun!

Starting tomorrow through Friday, I will be in Washington, DC with my class. I leave in charge my capable, if wacky, staff. Roleplaying is finally trickling through, and I hope that by the end of this week there will be at least one thread in each Clan... so until then, make lots of cats of different ranks in different Clans, eh?

Now that we have four high positions filled, I feel more confident that this site is going to succeed!
As you may have noticed, I have changed some things around - mostly moved the affiliates. Since we didn't really have that many members or cats at the time, I figured that side board could be put to better use.
On the subject of staff, once we get the majority of the high spots filled and a few other cats besides, I will probably be opening up a few mod positions.

I am so sorry that we have been inactive lately - I've been busy, but now it's pretty much over as the school year comes to an end.
Well, RainClan leader is now open. Hopefully, also, I can talk to the person who has reserved the FireClan leader and get her over here, making us a more active site.
The staff and I will be advertising/affiliating with sites more now, and it's my hope that we will get more members and the site will start to grow.
Once we get about, oh, 15 active members and all of the high spots filled (excluding medicine cat apprentices), I'll probably set the plot in motion. Until then, make characters, tell your friends about the site, and have fun!

However, the plot is not going to start yet. When it does, here's a sneak peak into the prophecy that will be the conflict of this lovely little site.
Good will become evil,
An ancient enemy stirs.
The forest will be full of upheaval
And a cat with the heart of a warrior
Shall save the forest before doom occurs.
Weather
Late Newleaf brings lots of rain and sunny weather. The occasional cold weather may occur. Rain can happen without warning, and can be anywhere from a downpour lasting 5 minutes to a drizzle that consumes the entire day. Basically, the weather is unpredictable, but without any snow.
Prey
Everything is breeding. There should be no trouble finding prey anywhere in the territories. Some kits are being born, but the majority will be in Greenleaf.
Gatherings
There will be no gatherings until all of the high spots (excluding MCA) are filled. However, the Medicine cat Gathering will occur once all of the medicine cat and leader spots are filled, but the cats shouldn't mention any names of cats who don't exist yet.

Staff Applications Has it always been your dream to be a staffer? Well apply inside. There's no set rubric, but you need to give us enough info to feel like you should be a staffer.
You must have less than 10% warning to become a staff.
FireClan Camp (3 sub-boards) Their camp is close to a bubbling stream, on one of the many small hills on their territory. Large but still young trees surround a clearing that FireClan cats call their home. The clearing has ashy but solid soil that has been pressed down by generations of cats. The River of Lava passes through the edge of the clearing, which is dried up lava that has hardened into obsidian. The dens are situated around the edges of the clearing, backed up by thorny barriers. Moderators: Shadowstorm, nighthunter

FireClan's Territories FireClan's territory is a valley where life has almost completely returned after a volcanic eruption. There are plenty of trees, but they are spaced well apart, letting the sun shine in to the ground below. With every passing year, more life returns to the ashen ground. A river cuts them apart from RainClan but there is no natural border between their territory and that of NightClan's, only the steady transition from oaks and maple trees to the sinister pines. RainClan Camp In the middle of RainClan's territory, surrounded on all sides by a marshy barrier, lies their camp. This surprisingly dry area has everything a Clan could want. A river touches the edge of the island, not far away from the medicine cat den. The leader's den is in the middle, at the base of an old, crooked tree from where the Clan meetings are called. The other dens are in various locations, surrounded by brush. Moderator: phantom

RainClan's Territory Swampy in some places, marsh in others, the whole territory has an abundance of water. A river separates their territory from that of FireClan, so the charred landscape does not reach into their territory. Moderator: phantom
NightClan Camp (4 sub-boards) Somewhere in NightClan's dense woods are their camp. The ominous pine trees give nothing away as you approach the camp, but once you get past all of the thorny shrubs around it, the camp is a wide, open clearing. There is a fallen log at the far end that has an old badger set under it, which is where the leader sleeps. There is a small but clear pond to one side, right next to a shallow cave made out of rocks, where the herbs are stored. The elder's and medicine cat's den as well as the nursery surround the pond, making it easily accessible to those who need it most. Moderators: Shadowstorm, ~ Resonance
NightClan's Territory Thick, menacing pines blot out most of the sunlight, leaving the territory in shadows all day. The ashes from FireClan's territory have been swept over the border and into the outskirts of their forest, but no deeper. One will get lost soon through the tangle of trees and brush. SkyClan
SkyClan Camp SkyClan's camp may look no different from the rest of their territory, save the few oddities that set the area apart. First of all, the Camp is located in a deep indention in the moor, sheltering it from most of the winds. In the middle of the clearing is a rock that juts out of the ground, which is where the leader makes announcements and sleeps. An old badger's den is where the nursery is located, even more sheltered from the fierce winds. The remainder of the cats, however, do not sleep in dens, except for when there is bad weather. The abundance of badger dens in the area makes for a quick getaway for the cat who does not like to get their paws wet. Because of their location, the camp often floods during the rainy season, so they have another temporary camp located on higher ground not too far away. Moderator: Arrow's Flight

SkyClan's Territory Windswept moors cover all of SkyClan's territory, save two sections of trees by RainClan's border and another by NightClan's border. The fierce wind dissuades intruders, since they will quickly be worn out by it before they even get to the camp. Moderator: Arrow's Flight

The Dark Forest This not-so-sacred forest is where all of the evil cats roam. The cats who are trapped here forever never see the sun's rays. Nor do they feel the presence of other cats except for on the rarest of occasions. The dismal woods promise that you will be trapped forever, unless you have the strength to overcome it...

Moonpool Like in the Warriors books, this pool of water off of SkyClan territory is where medicine cats go every half moon and leaders go to get their nine lives. Moderator: Shadowstorm

The Island Three rivers meet here, merging into one powerful river that divides SkyClan's and RainClan's territory. There is a twoleg bridge that has long since been abandoned that cats use to get across to the island. Leaders climb up a small hill with a rock jutting off of it, while the deputies sit below the rock. Moderator: Shadowstorm

The Twoleg Place This row of twoleg houses is a place where kittypets can interact with one another - and the occasional outsider.... The houses vary in shape and size, but for the most part, each kittypet has their own twoleg family and garden.
